Section Info: Annapolis Senior Center | Watercolors | No class May 19 | In this class, participants will learn foundational watercolor techniques while creating a new flower, landscape or painting each week. Each session focuses on one core watercolor skills, with step-by-step instruction and plenty of hands-on practice. The subject is pre-drawn on paper so participants can jump right into learning to paint. Participants will get to know their materials, how to make the most of them, and experiment with new ideas through different subjects, gaining both technical understanding and creative confidence. Note: Supply list will be provided on first day of class.

We'll be using line drawings, students own subject matter from photographs, or their own drawings. Application/demonstration of additional watercolor mediums and additives. It includes 30 minutes of cardio inspired by Nia Technique, 20 minutes of strength training focused on core and full-body conditioning, and 10 minutes of floor-to-standing exercises to improve mobility and functional movement.
