These distinct elements unite to: calm the nervous systems, support mental & cognitive function, promote physical strength & flexibility, and cultivate a sense of inner balance! Section Info: Online | Yoga, Pilates and Strength | This class focuses on improving flexibility, joint health, and muscular strength through joint release exercises and Pilates core-strengthening practices. Weights will be used for muscle toning and strengthening, with a focus on breath, poses, and exercises to calm the body, mind, and spirit. The class will occasionally include deeper relaxation. Bring two rolled towels, a yoga belt (if available), two yoga blocks, and a yoga mat. A sturdy chair is suggested for balance exercises.
