HCAT is an established testing site to facilitate American Culinary Federation (ACF) professional recognition through certification. HCAT will ensure that the standards of certification practical exam testing are upheld by following proper protocol and procedures when planning and conducting ACF practical exams. In addition to registering for this exam, certification candidates must register with the American Culinary Federation at www.acfchefs.org. $50 fee.
