Favorite Poems: Home and Abroad | Share, read, and discuss favorite poems, building on the Favorite Poem Project created by Poet Laureate Robert Pinsky. Poetry has a double nature: both inward, close to ones heart and memory, and outward, reflecting communal aspects of culture and public concerns. Because of poetrys dual nature, this course will incorporate participants favorite poems as well as the work of poets from other countries around the world.
