LEG-509 Bring Mediation Practice to MD

Bringing your Mediation Practice to Maryland: Ethics and Resources | Focus on the Maryland court system, dispute resolution programs, mediation-related rules and statutes, Maryland standards of conduct for mediators and mediation-related resources. CEUs issued. $50 includes $18 fee. Note: Does not meet Maryland Rule 17-104 requirements for 40-hour basic mediation training. Provides information for those who received basic mediation training in another state, for the mediator trained in Maryland and returning to their practice after an extended break, and for any mediator interested in a refresher about practicing in Maryland. This self-paced asynchronous course is divided into four modules. Module 1: Maryland Court System and Dispute Resolution Programs, Module 2: Mediation Related Rules and Statutes, Module 3: Maryland Standards of Conduct for Mediators, Module 4: Mediation-Related Resources.
