Section Info: Omalley Senior Center | Chair Yoga | No class July 30 | This yoga class focuses on improving flexibility, balance, strength, and relaxation.  It is designed for anyone who prefers or needs to remain seated or use a chair for support. Poses will offer mindful movements, gentle stretching, support, and relaxation. Movements can be adapted to individual abilities, making it ideal for anyone. The emphasis is on comfort, safety, and listening to your body while enjoying the benefits of mindful movement.
