Dumplings from Around the World | Prepare potstickers, gyoza and ravioli as well as the lesser recognized pierogi, empanadas and tamales. Discover ingredients to mix into the dough and sweet and savory fillings. Learn how to use them in soups and stews. $76+ includes $34 fee. Note: Students must wear closed-toe shoes and long pants.
