Watch the Hotel, Culinary Arts and Tourism Chef demonstrate pasta making techniques by mixing, kneading and shaping pasta dough into different shapes. $32+ includes $10 fee. Note: Recipe packet will include detailed instructions, recipes and grocery list. Students can ask the chef questions and post their successes for the full duration of the term in the online classroom.
