Learn about the importance of observation and assessment in evaluating young children. Identify appropriate observation methods, interpret collected data and apply assessment to the children and classroom. Recognize and implement observation techniques to create teaching strategies that enhance children's development. Prerequisite: EDU 132 or permission of department chair.
