Section Info: Online | Aerobics and Strength | This one hour class will give you a full body workout and leave you feeling energized. Class starts with a warm up and brief stretch followed by 30 minutes of low impact aerobics. The remaining 30 minutes will consist of strength exercises using equipment such as hand weights, exercise tubing, and small balls. Susan will also incorporate some balance and agility exercises for a well- rounded workout. This class will cover all major muscle groups to maintain and build strength. Suggested Equipment: Hand weights, resistance bands, playground ball, mat | Note: Attendance in online class sessions Thursdays from 4:00-5:00 p.m. is mandatory for section 205.
