Section Info: Online | Chair exercise with light weights | Join Sandras Chair exercises which can come in handy when you have limited mobility or find it hard to maintain your balance. The movements increase blood flow and keep your joints active and lubricated. They also strengthen your muscles and increase flexibility and mobility as you work out. Suggested Equipment: Weights 1lb to 5 lbs. | Note: Attendance in online class session Mondays from 10:30- 11:30 a.m. is mandatory for section 915.
