Section Info: Online | Chair Strength Training | This class is designed solely for Chair workout. 100% of the class is seated. Stay active, built strength safely, combat the loss of muscle mass associated with aging, improve mobility, coordination, strength, and support health. Seated exercises include a variety of movements that target different muscle groups. Participants will be encouraged to work within their own limits and range of motion. No prior weight training experience is needed. Equipment: Light weights, however optional for no weights. | Note: Attendance in online class sessions Wednesdays from 12:15- 1:15p.m. is mandatory for section 932.
