Section Info: Online | Intermediate Tai Chi | This intermediate Tai Chi class builds on the Yang Style Simplified Short Form learned in Beginner Tai Chi (required). Students refine slow, flowing movements with deep breathing. Often called meditation in motion, the practice supports balance, cardiovascular health, bone strength, joint comfort, mental clarity, and overall wellbeing. | Note: Attendance in online class sessions Tuesdays from 9:30-10:30 a.m. is mandatory for section 308.
