Section Info: Online | Very Gentle Yoga | No class Nov. 26 | New to yoga or looking to explore more? This all-levels class features seated and standing poses, no up and down to the mat required. Using a chair at times, students flow through gentle yoga poses as well as stretching, strengthening and balance exercises to build strength, relaxation, and mind body awareness. We close with a relaxing shivasna resting pose to reinforce the benefits of our practice together. | Note: Attendance in online class sessions Thursdays 1:00-2:00 p.m. is mandatory for section 931.
