Section Info: Online | Yoga Nidra | No class on May 25 | Yoga Nidra is practiced lying down comfortably with the support of blankets, pillows and other props. The practice invites our attention inward where we float between wakefulness and deep rest. You are guided through various heart-centered meditations. Yoga Nidra takes us into a natural state of homeostasis and balances the nervous system. Yoga Nidra is good for those that struggle with letting go, stress, anxiety and insomnia. Yoga Nidra brings balance to body, mind, heart and soul. | Note: Attendance in online class sessions Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:30-5:30 p.m. is mandatory for section 203.
