Section Info: Severn Senior Center | Functional Conditioning | No class Nov. 3 | This is a full-body workout class. The class consists of stretching, muscle conditioning, aerobic exercise. Balance exercise will also be taught. Dumbbells, stretch bands, ropes, and balls will be used. During aerobic exercise, we will dance with fun and upbeat music. Breathing exercise will be utilized to warm up and cool down.
