Section Info: Severn Senior Center | Stretch, Mobility and Balance | Strengthening muscles is but one part of our fitness journey; joint range of motion, or mobility, is another. This class will draw from many sources of inspiration from athletic conditioning to yoga and tai chi making use of the barre, chairs, and available equipment (bands, straps, etc). You will NOT need to get down on the floor.
