Classroom Tours – Coming This January!

Beginning Jan. 7, we will offer Classroom Tours for registered students who want a firsthand introduction to campus life. Led by an AACC tour guide, these tours help you learn the most efficient routes between classes, explore convenient parking options and get comfortable locating your classrooms. These tours are geared toward students who are currently registered for courses for the spring semester. If you are a visitor looking to see our campus, please sign up for a guided group tour below this tour option!

Guided Walking Tours

The best way to experience learning at AACC is by visiting our campus! We are pleased to welcome small groups (10 or fewer), prospective students, current students and families for in-person guided walking tours. Our weekday guided walking tours are tailored for individuals or families seeking to learn more about AACC. They are also ideal for current students who want to locate their classrooms, explore available resources and prepare for a successful start to their AACC journey!

Tour Details and Expectations:

• Tours are approximately one hour long.
• Tours take place outdoors, rain or shine. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress appropriately for the weather.
• We offer only one tour per day, so timely arrival is essential.
• Tours begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive more than five minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule for another day.

Group Tours

Come explore AACC! We’re excited to host high school groups for an engaging campus visit experience. To help us provide the best experience possible, please note the following guidelines:

• Groups must not exceed 30 students due to space limitations.
• A minimum of one chaperone is required for every 15 students.
• Group tours take place on Wednesdays and begin promptly at 10 a.m.
• Tours are offered during the months of September to December and February to June.

Sample Agenda (subject to faculty and room availability)

• 10–10:30 a.m. – Faculty-led presentation
• 10:30–11:15 a.m. – Guided campus walking tour led by student tour guides
• 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. – Lunch in the dining hall
• Students may bring their own lunch or purchase lunch on campus. 

To request a group visit, complete the group tour request form. We’ll make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time. Our team will contact you within three business days to confirm your visit or discuss other available options.

Skilled Trades Tours

Interested in our skilled trades programs? This tour is only available by special request or by attending an in-person information session tour. Find an in-person information session below or fill out the Clauson Center tour request form and email it to ccit@aacc.edu.
