Mindful breathing & gentle yoga-based stretches (floor/mat or chair) relieve muscle tension & joint pain, plus detoxify the entire system. Unlimited modifications support students of all levels! Exercises consist of slow, graceful movements made while breathing deeply. Seated Tai Chi is a great option for those with limited mobility.
