Section Info: Online | Yoga, Pilates and Strength | This class focuses on improving flexibility, joint health, and muscular strength through joint release exercises and Pilates core-strengthening practices. Weights will be used for muscle toning and strengthening, with a focus on breath, poses, and exercises to calm the body, mind, and spirit. The class will occasionally include deeper relaxation.
