Section Info: Online | Intermediate Tai Chi | This intermediate Tai Chi class builds on the Yang Style Simplified Short Form learned in Beginner Tai Chi (required). Students refine slow, flowing movements with deep breathing. Section Info: Severn Senior Center | Stretch, Mobility and Balance | Strengthening muscles is but one part of our fitness journey; joint range of motion, or mobility, is another. This class will draw from many sources of inspiration from athletic conditioning to yoga and tai chi making use of the barre, chairs, and available equipment (bands, straps, etc). You will NOT need to get down on the floor.
