Students continue refining slow, smooth movements coordinated with deep breathing to support physical and mental health. This standing, weight-bearing practice-often called "meditation in motion"-strengthens cardiovascular health, bones, and balance, supports joint comfort, and promotes mental clarity, improved mood, reduced anxiety, and overall wellbeing.
