BNS-909 COSR-Sewing: Design, Sew, 1

Section Info: Omalley Senior Center | Sewing: Design, Sew and Sell, Beginner 1 | Become familiar with basic sewing machine use. Learn about essential tools and how to use them correctly. Complete class projects that include home decor and more. Note: Students must bring a good pair of shears, glass head pins, pin cushion, ruler or tape measure, two fat quarters (18-by-22-inch piece of fabric) and coordinating thread.

Section Info: Online | Intermediate Pilates | Come and try this Pilates class with Heterrsa! This class is designed to go beyond the basic Pilates moves. Focus and concentration. Section Info: Severn Senior Center | Stretch, Mobility and Balance | Strengthening muscles is but one part of our fitness journey; joint range of motion, or mobility, is another. This class will draw from many sources of inspiration from athletic conditioning to yoga and tai chi making use of the barre, chairs, and available equipment (bands, straps, etc). You will NOT need to get down on the floor.
