Students will achieve this by performing strengthening and stretching exercises that target functionality of the legs, hips, back, shoulders, and arms. About 80% of the class is standing, 20% of the class is on the floor. Most exercises are performed using body weight and hand weights. Some exercises are done using a chair or on the floor using a mat. Modifications are provided for all fitness levels.
