Section Info: Omalley Senior Center | Seated Chair Exercise | This chair class is perfect for anyone with physical limitations. All exercises are performed seated in a chair without arms. Kimberly will take you through a combination of movements to get the body energized and get the blood flowing. Seated stretching, weight work, and small balls are used to condition and tone the body combined with cardio movements to raise the heart rate.
