Section Info: Online | Chair Yoga | This class is an enjoyable and energizing seated yoga class. Emphasis is placed on posture, core strengthening and lengthening muscles used for balance. The class includes yoga breathing techniques, seated warm-ups, and standing strengthening exercises in which the chair is used as a balance aid. We practice seated yoga postures as well as seated rest and relaxation techniques. The standing portion of class can be modified to be done while seated if needed.
