Section Info: Online | Seated Chair Exercise | This workout is a bit slower, gently stretching the body, to create flexibility. We also focus on the key points to develop and hold good posture, as well as using hand weights and chair routines for the upper and lower body. These sessions are devoted to help condition the body, learning proper form, and practicing balancing exercises using the chair.
