No partners are needed, and the class provides an enjoyable aerobic workout for both mind and body. Students will work on balance, posture, and dance technique while learning new routines. Wear leather-soled shoes, dance sneakers, or dance boots. Bring your smile and dancing feet, enjoy great music, and "boot scoot" your way to better health together.
