CRE-913 PSRC-Watercolors

Section Info: Pascal Senior Center | Watercolors | Open to all levels, this workshop sharpens drawing, composition, and image-selection skills, then applies a three-step watercolor method to boost confidence and banish muddy color. Live demos and group critiques guide you in tackling your own subjects or instructor images, while encouraging bold experiments with pen, ink, collage, or acrylic. We will also explore local art venues and sales potential. Note: Supply lists come at Session 1- please hold off buying materials until then and try to attend the kickoff class.

HTH-945 ONLN-30-20-10 Workout

Section Info: Online | 30-20-10 Full Body Workout | The 30-20-10 Full Body Workout is a 60-minute session enhancing flexibility, mobility, stability, and strength. It includes 30 minutes of cardio inspired by Nia Technique, 20 minutes of strength training focused on core and full-body conditioning, and 10 minutes of floor-to-standing exercises to improve mobility and functional movement.
