HRM-119 Certification in Sanitation

Learn the causes and prevention of foodborne illness, maintenance of sanitary conditions, and how to implement a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system. A ServSafe® Food Protection Manager certification from the NRA is issued to students who satisfactorily complete the course and pass the examination.

Section Info: Note: Every student must attend the mandatory exam on the last day of the course 11/16/24, from 9 AM -11AM at the HCAT building, room 116. Students are encouraged to attend the optional review period 8:00-9:00am Students enrolled in this section must purchase the textbook, Servsafe Managerbook with the Online Exam Voucher (ISBN 978-1-58280-399-9).
