Section Info: Omalley Senior Center | Circuit Training | No class May 25 | Circuit training makes use of the weights and cardio machines in the Fitness Center of the Annex. After a 5-minute warm up each machine is used for 5 minutes alternating between aerobic/cardio machines and weight machines to help improve muscular endurance. The class ends with a 5-minute cool down. The goal is to gain strength and endurance plus notice an overall increase in energy and fitness level. Beginner to intermediate level.
