Continues studies completed in MUS 114, Music Theory and Ear Training 2. Conduct an in-depth study of chromatic harmony; examine some techniques of 20th century composition. Learn writing in small forms. Continue developing sight singing, dictation and keyboard skills. Analysis of works relating to problems being studied. Lab fee $3. Prerequisite: MUS 113 and MUS 114 or permission of department chair.
