Describe the development, eruption, function, and basic morphological characteristics of the permanent and deciduous human dentition, and the growth and development of the face and oral cavity. Identify the process of histology and embryology of the face and oral and nasal cavities, the teeth, and the various components of the teeth and surrounding tissues. Prerequisite: Acceptance into the Dental Hygiene Program. Corequisites: DHY 100, DHY 102, DHY 106, DHY 108.
