HCAT is the area’s premier choice for for all aspects of hospitality and culinary education creative cooking classes, chef demonstrations, business contract training, and continuing professional education. We feature classes for degree-seeking students, home cooks, amateurs, aficionados, and industry experts seeking new skills. Our state-of-the-art kitchens and training labs create a bright, learner-friendly environment. HCAT chefs are classically trained and industry-current, providing passion, patience and technique in an effort to help each student develop a taste for success.

Honey in the Hive
Did you know that HCAT farms two successful, thriving beehives? For the past year, instructors and students in "Food Science" (HRM 210) have managed first one, then a second beehive, both on the Arnold campus. After surviving a difficult winter, HCAT hosted a honey harvest in July.
