Mindful breathing and gentle yoga-based stretches (floor/mat or chair) relieve muscle tension and joint pain, plus detoxify the entire system. Unlimited modifications support students of all levels! Then, we transition to a comfortable, reclined position for a deep, guided relaxation. These distinct elements unite to calm the nervous systems, support mental and cognitive function, promote physical strength and flexibility, and cultivate a sense of inner balance!
