The exercises are low-impact and tailored to help build muscle strength, improve flexibility, and increase joint mobility in a safe and supportive environment. Whether youre looking to maintain your independence or simply stay active, this class will help enhance your overall fitness and well-being. The movements are gentle yet effective, ensuring that everyone can participate at their own pace. We will use a chair for support.
