Section Info: Omalley | Latin Cardio Dance | No class May 7, 21, 28 and June 4 | Join Sandra for a Latin Cardio dance class which fuse Latin rhythms and choreographed dance moves of following dances: Salsa, Samba, Cumbia Merengue together to create a dynamic workout that's designed for fun and a good workout! Simply put, dance cardio utilizes different types of dances to exercise your body. Students will then progress from basic dance steps to intermediate. Open to anyone who wants to have fun and dance for an hour.

Section Info: Online | Latin Cardio Dance | No class May 22, 29 and June 5 | Come and join Sandra for a cardiovascular workout with easy-to-follow dance steps. We will be dancing to a mix of World music like salsa, cumbia, merengue, middle eastern, tango, and more! The class will start with a warm-up, stretching and balance. Students will then progress from basic dance steps to intermediate. Open to anyone who wants to have fun and dance for an hour. | Note: Attendance in online class sessions Fridays from 8-9 am is mandatory for section 203.
