HTH-947 COSR-Mat Yoga

Section Info: OMalley Senior Center | Mat Yoga | No class Sept 7 | This yoga class is designed for those who are familiar with yoga. We will flow gently and mindfully guided by the breath. We will work the whole body practicing standing postures, balancing postures and seated postures as well as meditation. Suggested Equipment: Yoga mat, yoga blocks, yoga strap (old tie will work as well).
