Section Info: Severn Senior Center | Balance and Mobility Yoga | This class will emphasize postures to improve mobility, strength, and balance and may include seated work in a chair including breathing exercises and meditation. Chair versions of standing work will be demonstrated, and you will NOT need to get up and down from the floor or do postures on your knees.

Section Info: Omalley Senior Center | Scandinavian and Finnish Composers | This course presents the music of Scandinavian and Finnish composers including Edvard Grieg, Jean Sibelius, Aulis Sallinen, Einojohani Rautavaara, Carl Nielsen, Kari Tikka, Rued Langgaard, Kaija Saariaho, and others. The music of Iceland will also be included. Their works include concertos, orchestral music, and operas.
