Become a certified medicine aide or update your credentials through these noncredit courses at AACC. These face-to-face continuing education courses are held evenings and weekends.
The program is completed as one course, offered each fall and spring.
NRN-325 Medicine Aide
Total Hours: 74
Upon successful completion of NRN-325 Medicine Aide or NRG-388 Medicine Aide Update, students receive a certificate valid for two years. Students who successfully complete NRN-325 will also receive an AACC continuing education certificate. To receive the certificate, submit a Student Application for a Continuing Education Certificate.
The program costs $960, including tuition and fees, for Anne Arundel County residents.

Step 3 Make an appointment and meet with the program coordinator who will review the required documentation listed above and determine eligibility for the course. To make an appointment, call 410-777-2560.
Step 4 Register in person at our campus in Arnold. This can usually be done upon conclusion of your meeting with the program coordinator.
Note: a background check for an additional fee of $38.50 is required for NRN-325 Medicine Aide. Instructions will be provided on the first day of class.
