IMPORTANT: You MUST complete a graduation application if you wish to receive your certificate/associate degree, regardless if you will attend the spring commencement ceremony.

One graduation fee must be paid for each degree/certificate. Graduation applications are good for only one term. Students who do not qualify in the term for which they apply will be required to reapply, but will not have to pay another $20 graduation fee.
Two Ways to Apply:
- MyAACC--If you have a valid MyAACC account, you are strongly encouraged to apply for graduation online (MyAACC> Self Services> Graduation Application). If you apply online, you will receive an instant email receipt with important information once you submit your online application.
- Paper--Completed paper applications MUST be submitted to the Records and Registration Office. If you apply using a paper graduation applicationPDF, you will be sent a letter via postal mail within two weeks confirming the receipt of your application, indicating when the application will be reviewed and you will be provided information regarding diploma receipt and ceremony information.
Commencement Ceremony: The college graduates students three times a year (spring, summer and fall), but has only ONE commencement ceremony a year in the spring. Information regarding the spring 2015 commencement ceremony (May 21, 2015) will be mailed mid-March 2015 to summer and fall 2014 graduates and prospective spring 2015 graduates and will be posted on this page when available. The commencement information sent in mid-March 2015 is time sensitive, with cap/gown ordering deadlines.
Diplomas: Notation of fall 2014 graduation will be reflected on transcripts February 2, 2015. Diplomas will be mailed February 18, 2015 to all fall 2014 graduates.
Graduation Honors: Graduation honors will be awarded to associate degree recipients whose adjusted cumulative GPAs are as follows:
3.4 to 3.59--cum laude
3.6 to 3.79--magna cum laude
3.8 to 4.0--summa cum laude
Phi Theta Kappa and Chi Alpha Epsilon: Graduates who have been inducted into the Omicron Theta chapter of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and/or the Epsilon Chi chapter of the Chi Alpha Epsilon Honor Society will have a written notation on their diplomas.
