There are no fees or charges for transcripts.
Students may request up to five transcripts at one time. Allow one to three days for processing. AACC does not send PDF transcripts via email.
You may request a copy of your official academic transcript by:
Transcripts requested via MyAACC can be sent either to your home address on file with Records and Registration in a sealed envelope clearly marked “official transcript enclosed,” or to a number of other institutions available from a drop-down menu on MyAACC.
If you need an official transcript sent to an address other than your home address, or to an institution or address not listed in the drop-down menu on MyAACC, you must submit a signed Transcript Request Form to the Records and Registration office.
Transcript requests via email are not accepted.
