We begin with a warm-up and stretch, followed by low-impact aerobics to raise the heart rate. Strength and cardio segments alternate, ending with core work and stretching. Thursdays include time in the fitness center. All major muscle groups are trained for a total-body workout-set to great music.

We then stretch to elongate muscles, ligaments, tendons, and spine, focusing on correct posture by lifting from the sternum and crown of the head. Maintaining good posture helps with balance and fall prevention. Light hand weights and chair routines strengthen the upper and lower body.
