Web design is more than making pretty web pages. It impacts everything we do in modern society, from finding a job to planning vacation to choosing a school. At AACC, you'll be taught by working professionals to design those interactions and build bold, engaging, compelling, accessible and user-centered web experiences for people. You'll develop concepts and skills needed to create a website and compete in today’s ever-changing digital industries. You’ll have the chance to intern, too, so you can build your skills and your résumé. By the time you finish, you’ll be ready to start a rewarding career or to transfer to a top four-year program.
AACC offers the following Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree. The state of Maryland refers to the A.A.S. as a career degree, because it's intended to provide you with skills to enter the workforce.

You’ll also work on real-world projects with industry professionals. This degree is not intended for students who wish to continue their education; rather you’ll be ready for an entry-level position in this fascinating and important field.
