Real Estate Salesperson

According to the Maryland Real Estate Commission, you must complete 60 clock hours of approved training.

RLT-500 Real Estate Principles

Home Inspector

This course satisfies the Maryland Licensed Home Inspector requirement of 72 hours of training and will cover the basic residential construction standards and processes, the home inspection process and inspection techniques and defect recognition. Upon successful completion of this course, the learner will be better prepared to take the National Home Inspector Exam.
