Learn about safe online behavior, ethics and cybersecurity from experienced instructors. Topics will include coding a webpage, building a mobile application, programming small robots and electronic devices, protecting and hiding information, password security, 3D printing, and digital geotagging of images. Participate in collaborative projects and learn how to solve problems, evaluate evidence, analyze arguments and generate hypotheses. Open to students 12 to 14 years old who have completed grades 6 or 7.
Camp will be in session from 9 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. June 24 to 27. This camp is fully funded by the National Security Agency and the National Science Foundation, and is provided at no charge to selected applicants. The application review process will open March 15.
