Noncredit registration will be unavailable at noon March 10-22. Offices that process these transactions will be unable to access the system during this time. The scheduled downtime includes spring break, which runs March 16-22.

No. The transcript request system is unavailable during scheduled maintenance. You can order your official transcript when the system becomes available. The records and registration office is also unable to access or send transcripts during the downtime.

Yes. The records and registration office will receive transcripts when the system becomes available.

No. The noncredit grade system is unavailable during scheduled maintenance. You can request your transcript or CEU record when the system is available again. The noncredit registration office is also unable to access or send your transcripts during the downtime.

No. The grading system is unavailable during scheduled maintenance. You can view final grades when the system becomes available.

Yes. The FAFSA is available at studentaid.gov. AACC will not receive FAFSA information until the system becomes available.

No. The financial aid system is unavailable during scheduled maintenance. You can view your award letter and other information when the system becomes available. The financial aid office is also unable to process aid by email or in person during the downtime.

Yes. The Testing Center is open as scheduled in the days before spring break. Appointments are required.
