Message from AACC's President

AALI recognizes emerging leaders who have the potential to reinvent our culture and drive change. The inaugural cohort of 13 individuals were recommended by supervisors and colleagues and selected from an outstanding group of candidates following an application review and interview process. As part of the program, participants will launch transformative projects with support from mentors who have expertise in leadership and higher education – and join a highly supportive network of their peers.

-Dr. Dawn Lindsay
